City of Hazleton | Directions to my office | Virtual Office

I am authorized to represent immigrants and their families nationwide. If you can get to my real office, I'd love to meet you. If you can't, I would still love to be your lawyer. This is how the process will work:

1. Request a free case estimate.

2. I will respond with an explanation of what benefit(s) for which you may be eligible, and a detailed case estimate that includes attorney fees, filing fees, and other expenses.

3. Schedule a one hour telephone consultation with me. The telephone consultation fee is $125. If you choose me as your lawyer, the $125 telephone consultation fee is credited to your account. The consultation fee, as well as attorney and filing fees, are payable by check, money order or PayPal.

4. If you choose me as your lawyer, I will send you a link to your own private immigration case portal, where you can provide the required information in an organized, easy to understand format. I will also provide you with a list of the documents required so that you can mail them to me.

5. If you choose me as your lawyer, you will also have unlimited access to me for questions, updates, etc. by telephone or email.

6. When your documents are ready, I will send them to you for your signature. Once you sign and return them, I will file your case with USCIS.

7. While your case is being processed, I will provide you with regular updates by email. You will also have unlimited access to me for questions, updates, etc. by telephone or email.

8. Your "no surprises" flat fee includes any additional work needed on the case, including responses to additional information requests. See the "Fees and Services" page for details.
