"No surprises" is my promise with regard to fees. I am not the cheapest immigration attorney in the country, and I don't want to be. I think my rates are reasonable and I strive to provide you with excellent, professional service. You will know exactly how much the process will cost you before you sign a fee agreement or pay me a dime.

My office charges flat fees for most immigration services. A "flat fee" means that you pay once for me to handle your case. You will not be billed for phone calls, letters, photocopies, staples, or any of the other "miscellaneous" expenses that lawyers sometimes charge to their clients.

Filing fees are set by USCIS. You can pay my office, and I will forward payment to USCIS when we file your documents.

I can represent you regardless of where you live. I can accept payment through PayPal or most credit cards. Payment arrangements are available upon request.
